How long does the shipping take?

Standard shipping within Germany usually takes 2-3 working days. Within the EU 3-5 working days depending on the country. Shipping times to third countries such as the USA or Canada are between 10 and 15 working days.

Please note that we have no influence on the delivery times and that these are only approximate values from our shipping service provider.

For time-critical orders, we always recommend express shipping or contacting us in advance to ensure timely delivery.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code by e-mail. Depending on the selected shipping method, you can track this via DHL Paket or DHL Express.

What can I do if the shipment status no longer changes and my parcel does not arrive?

Why is my finger turning green/black under a ring?

Unfortunately, brass costume jewelry can cause the skin underneath the piece of jewelry to turn green or black. Basically, costume jewelry made of brass is not suitable for everyday wear due to its material properties, but as the name suggests: only for fashionable purposes. External influences such as washing hands, showering and an acidic pH value of the skin can accelerate the oxidation process and cause this discoloration.

If this problem occurs after a short time, please contact us and we will re-plate the piece of jewelry. Unfortunately, this is no guarantee that the problem will not occur again. If it is a very beloved piece that you want to wear every day, we always recommend that it is made from a higher quality material such as sterling silver.

How can I return an item?

You have a 14-day right of return and can decide at your leisure. If you want to return the item, that's no problem. Please pack the piece of jewelry in its original box and send it back to the following address:

We recommend insured shipping, as you will have proof of delivery if the parcel is lost.

How will my payment be refunded?

As soon as we have received your shipment, we will arrange for the refund to be made to the account you used within 2-3 days. If you paid in advance, the refund will be made to the account from which the transfer was made. If you paid by Paypal or credit card, the refund will be made to the associated Paypal or credit card account. If you have used a gift voucher for your purchase, you will receive a new voucher for the corresponding amount.

Can I also return an item that has been customized for me?

Customized items are excluded from exchange and cannot be returned.

Who pays the shipping costs for an exchange?

The shipping costs for an exchange are unfortunately to be borne by the buyer. We always recommend insured shipping.

Care & repairs

What can I do to take care of my jewelry?

Remove your jewelry before washing your hands, applying perfume or lotion. The particles of these cosmetics, which cannot be removed by briefly washing them off, can be deposited in hard-to-reach places and combine to form a corrosive mixture that can lead to premature wear of the metal in the long term. This also applies to the use of household cleaning products.

Avoid contact with salt water. This can attack both gemstones and precious metals and cause lasting damage, so avoid knocks and scratches.

Always store your jewelry individually in the original boxes. Store necklaces closed and lying flat.

Special care should be taken with pieces with fire enamel, as this is molten glass which can flake off if handled incorrectly.

Gold plating can wear off over time, depending on how much it is used. This is a natural process, but can be avoided by proper handling (see above).

How can I have an item repaired?

Every piece of jewelry shows signs of wear over time. This is normal and we like it when a piece of jewelry tells of its life and develops its own patina over time.

Please enclose a detailed repair request, your contact details and the original proof of purchase with your item. We recommend that you pack the item securely and send it by insured shipping. Please allow one week for a repair assessment. Once we have completed our assessment, we will provide you with detailed repair information and a cost estimate for the repair.

Vouchers & discount codes

How long will you hold my item(s) at the store?

Vouchers are valid for 3 years after purchase.

How many vouchers can I redeem per purchase?

You can redeem as many vouchers per purchase as you like.

Can I exchange a gift voucher?

Vouchers cannot be exchanged and cannot be refunded. In the event of a return, we will offset the amount and issue you with a new voucher.

How long is my discount coupon valid?

Discount coupons have a limited period of validity. This can always be found on the respective coupon.

How many discount coupons can I redeem per order?

As a rule, only one discount coupon can be redeemed per purchase. Please refer to the coupon details for more information.

Materials

What materials are used?

As sustainability is a very important issue for us, we only use recycled precious metals and metals (gold, silver, brass), which we obtain from a refinery in southern Germany. For more information, please contact our customer service.

What is the difference between fire enamel and cold enamel?

Fire enamel or "real enamel" is a natural product made of melted glass, which develops a very special charm due to its delicate and slightly irregular color, which is created by firing at high temperatures, which only real enamel can produce. Cold enamel is a synthetic resin mixed with color pigments, which hardens without heating.

Does the jewelry contain nickel or other allergenic substances?

We do not use nickel or cobalt, which are known to be the main triggers for allergic reactions in the jewelry segment. However, it can happen that people react to silver or gold with a contact allergy. It is therefore not possible for us to rule this out 100%.

Production

Where are the products manufactured?

The entire production is located in Germany. All products (pieces of jewelry) are designed and manufactured in our factory in Hamburg. As the issue of sustainability is very important to us, we only work with a small stock and prefer to produce our jewelry on demand in order to conserve resources and remain exclusive. Exceptions to this are individual products that we do not manufacture ourselves but sell on as part of a cooperation. You will find the relevant information in the product description.

How long is the production time?

The production time is usually 5 to 10 working days from receipt of the order. Should it take longer due to production processes, we will of course inform you. Please bear in mind that we manufacture all products ourselves and some are only produced when they are ordered
